My dining experience at Indus Restaurant in Ubud, Bali was absolutely exceptional!
Let’s start with the menu, which was a delightful blend of Indonesian and international cuisine. The Beef Rendang was an absolute masterpiece, tender and bursting with rich, aromatic flavors that danced on my palate. The Gyoza was perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with delectable goodness on the inside – a true delight for my taste buds. However, the star of the show had to be the BBQ Pork Ribs. The meat was succulent, falling off the bone, and the barbecue sauce was a heavenly blend of sweet and smoky. I can’t recommend these dishes enough; they were truly unforgettable.
And then there was dessert! The Pavlova was a work of art, beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. The delicate meringue, topped with fresh fruits and a generous dollop of cream, was the perfect sweet note to end my meal on.
But what truly sets Indus Restaurant apart is their exceptional service, and I must give special tribute to Made, the manager. Made’s attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience was truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need with a warm smile.
The ambiance of the restaurant is equally praiseworthy. Overlooking the lush Ubud landscape, the setting is both serene and romantic. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind and savor every moment of your meal.
