Expat Living

Sebatu Village is one of the villages in the Tegallalang sub-district , Gianyar Regency , Bali province , Indonesia . [3] Sebatu Village is located in the northernmost area of Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency and is directly adjacent to Sekan Kintamani Bangli Village. The village unlike many does not rely on tourism. Rather, agriculture is the main income source for local families. Many of these families are comparatively poor, but you will go a long way to find locals who are genuinely happy and friendly. It is for that reason and the stunning unspoiled lush landscapes, plus the quiet tranquillity on offer, that prompted me to move from Junjunan, Ubud to Sebatu. Sebutu is located 15 minutes north of the Teggalalang Rice Terraces and 15 minutes south of Kintamani. In my opinion, Sebatu is a, relatively unknown, jewel in the Bali crown.
